Listing Service. We put signs on the property so a greater number of
people can see that it's for sale and call for information. We put
flyers on the sign to give
people an idea of what the property has to offer. We qualify buyers
with reputable lenders so that we know that whoever we show the
property to is capable of purchasing it.
We coordinate with termite companies
and home inspection companies to save time and money in the
transaction. We keep in touch with buyer and seller all during the
transaction so that everyone knows what the status is. We coordinate with
the lenders and escrow regarding the loan process and when the time
comes for closing, we offer a mobile notary service to make it more
convenient for buyers to get loan documents signed and back to escrow
in time for closing. Our mobile notary service is also available to the
general public. We also provide property management and relocation
services.
